18TH MAY 2017, IRONMONGER’S HALL, BARBICAN

We were invited to sing at the Worshipful Company of Ironmongers Combined Court, Livery and Yeomanry Dinner!

That’s a bit of a mouthful, but it meant a trip up to the Barbican to sing for during a formal dinner for the Company. We also have a special link to the Ironmongers. Some years ago the Company supported the creation of a choral piece, The Phoenix Cantata, by British composer Helen Glavin. The Cantata was inspired by the history of the Phoenix Ironworks which were a part Lewes life for 154 years until they closed in 1986.

Here are some photos of this very special and memorable evening, a huge and warm thank you to the Worshipful Company of Ironmongers for inviting us and taking such good care of us while we were there.
