Singing in the Community
It means a lot to us that we’re regularly invited by local care homes to sing and have a chat with the residents
This started with a connection to Greyfriar’s Court in Lewes. We were invited to sing Christmas Carols and given mince pies and wine afterwards to say thank you.
Everyone joined in and we were properly humbled by our wonderful audience.
After all why only sing Christmas songs once a year? We like to plan three or four Christmas events as an absolute minimum.
Regular visits
Since then we’ve been back regularly, sometimes in the summer and sometimes at Christmas.
We were also invited by the Lime Tree House in Ringmer to sing which was huge fun.
